Fully renovated house in the Delft Westerkwartier, has 3 furnished rooms available for international students who are doing or starting a master or PhD. The renovation has just been completed and we are finalizing last details and furnishings. All 3 rooms in the house are about 15m2 and fully furnished, decorated and will include bedding and linen. The rooms will share a well equipped kitchen with combi-oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, all kitchenware. In the kitchen itself a large dining table to enjoy dinners, drinks or just relax. Location is excellent, close to the city center and walking distance to the train station. Internet is included, utilities will be settled based on actual usage. The idea is to create a welcoming international environment which is comfortable and offers a great living experience.

Availability is planned per the earliest Aug 8th . On Aug 2 or 3, I am planning viewings and interviews on invitation only basis.
