Kamer in Fabrieksstraat

Looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay in Delft? Im subletting my furnished bedroom in a spacious, fully furnished apartment from 1 December 2026 until 1 June 2027.
Location
The apartment is located between the Westerkwartier and Voorhof neighbourhoods, in a very convenient location:
5-minute walk to Delft train station
10-minute bike ride to TU Delft
1-minute walk to Aldi
Easy access to Delft city centre and everything you need day-to-day
The apartment is on the 7th floor and has an elevator. It is also very well fenestrated, with plenty of natural light.
The apartment
The apartment has two bedrooms, with one bedroom occupied by my flatmate throughout the rental period. There is plenty of shared space, including:
A large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room
A sunroom
A bathroom
A separate toilet
A laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer
The apartment is fully furnished, and the bedroom being rented comes with a bed, dresser and clothes cabinet, so you can move in without needing to bring furniture.
Your flatmate
Youll be sharing the apartment with a male PhD candidate at TU Delft. He is studious, sporty and sociable, so the apartment is a good fit for someone who enjoys a friendly but respectful and relatively calm home environment.
Rent
1,165 per month, excluding utilities.
Who were looking for
Were looking for a young professional or PhD candidate who is:
A non-smoker
Without pets
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Comfortable living in a shared apartment
Interested?
If you're interested, please reply with a message containing the following information:
1. Your name and current occupation: Are you a PhD candidate, young professional, or something else? What are you currently doing in Delft?
2. A short introduction: Tell us a little about yourself, your interests and what you enjoy doing outside work or studies.
3. Rental period: Are you looking for a room for the entire period, from 1 December 2026 to 1 June 2027?
4. Living situation: Have you lived in a shared apartment before? What kind of household are you looking for?
Meet & greet and approval process
As this is a sublet, the new tenant will need to be approved by both the remaining flatmate and the landlord before the sublet can be confirmed. This will also make sure that you can register at the address.
Rather than individual viewings, we will organise a group meet & greet with the remaining flatmate and the other potential tenants. This will be an opportunity to see the apartment, meet the people who are interested in the room, and get a feel for whether the living arrangement would be a good fit.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
