We'll get a room available from the 1st of July, with a private sleeping/living room and bathroom! This room is located on the first floor, and there are a total of 8 residents in the house. Each with their own bathroom, living/sleeping room.

It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 5-minute bike ride from the central station and the city center.The house is primarily occupied by quiet students who are ambitious in their studies. So please note! This is not a student house. If you value peace and quiet, then this room is perfect for you!

The room is approximately 18m2 and can be arranged well. The bathroom is private; the only thing you share is the kitchen with 2 other people. Each floor has its own kitchen.

The rent is 700 euros per month, including all costs. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case is 1,050.00 euros.
