Kamer in Hugo de Grootstraat

Female roommate wanted from May 1st

I, Nikki, am looking for a new roommate for a place on Hugo de Grootstraat in Delft. Registration is possible.

Rental period: May 1st to November 1st, 2026 (with a chance of extension!).

The apartment is on the 2nd (top) floor and fully equipped: we have a large living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a dishwasher, bathroom, washing machine, balcony, and a large rooftop terrace. The living room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are shared spaces with me. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.

The available room is 9 m² and unfurnished. The bedroom includes the foldable ladder that leads to the rooftop terrace. There is additional storage space in the house since the room itself is not very large.

Rent is 875 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. A deposit is required (and of course will be returned).

About me:

Im Nikki, 23 years old, and I work in Delft at both a creative workshop and a sourdough bakery. Im also a freelance photographer and designerI do a bit of everything. During the week Im often quite busy with sports, drumming, and friends, but I also really enjoy relaxing at home and unwinding.

Im looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, preferably 22+, and someone who respects shared living spaces.
