Dear future housemate,

Are you an enthusiastic, social, and engaged girl/guy just starting your bachelors degree? Then Huize Fred might be the place for you!

If you're someone who likes to take initiative, is excited to help make our home even better, and has a big heart with room for eight fantastic housemates, you're in the right spot. A room of 30 m² (including a hallway closet and private bathroom) will be available starting May 7th. Thanks to housing allowance, the rent is around 370. The house also has a large common room and a cozy balcony, perfect for barbecues and chilling. Were located on campus, just 8 minutes by bike from the supermarket, so its a perfect location!

What do we have to offer you?

Our home is currently shared by 9 wonderful people (M/F, Dutch/international). Some of us are musical, some are sporty, some are members of student associations and some are super crafty, we all have our own hobbies and passions. Were a close-knit group and care about each other, so youll definitely be warmly welcomed. We love cooking and often cook for each other and eat together, have a weekly cleaning night (which sounds boring, but is actually quite fun), and organize an annual Christmas dinner, house weekend, vacation, and even our own festival. We also love having movie nights, going out, and playing games together as often as we can. If it's your birthday, you'll even get breakfast in bed! Study sessions happen in the common room too, as unfortunately, thats also part of student life. Wed love someone whos just as enthusiastic as us and were open to your ideas and are excited to bring in your fresh energy!
