This room is not in a student dorm but in a regular apartment building where people live that go to work and need a good night sleep. So do not think B&B nor Hostel!

The location in Delft is within walking distance to Delft-Zuid (Campus) train station, TU campus and shopping mall in The Hoven.

The room is on the sixth floor on the NothWest side of the building. The room is fully furnished and supplied with bedding.

As main renter one could say I'm a carekeeper who rents out 2 room to students for the last 24 years.

The common space, kitchen with all equipment, toilet, shower and basement for bike storage, are available for all roommates with consideration. All roommates are also involved in the cleaning rotation schedule or contributes 80 euro a month extra for a cleaning lady.

Cooking can be together after notice or everybody for himself. Leaving a messy kitchen for the next to cook is not an option. No oriental cooking devices like wok or rice-coocker are available. Cooking in your own room is not allowed!

There's also a clean-kitchen-policy what means that every night at 24:00 hrs the kitchen is clean and the dishes are done. Basically I do the dishes and the other roommates dry and put everything back.

Instructions for cleaning the bathroom and using the washing machine are available with contract.

The rent is paid in advance, by the 1st of the month and there is a deposit of minimal one month.

Im not looking for a person who wants to do his/her thing without reckoning other persons.

Register as a legal resident at local municipality on this address, is no problem.
