Spacious room of 18m² that lies in between the center of Delft and the campus. Available for subletting from September 2025 until January 2026. The room is in the historic chemistry building of the university. The Bastiaansplein is a 5 minute walk away, with two supermarkets, the Jumbo and the Albert Heijn. Less than a 2 minute walk the other way is the Architecture department, on the edge of campus.

The residence has 8 rooms in total. You will share the kitchen and living room with all tenants. The bathroom is shared between three other people, as the apartment is split into two separate floors, each floor with their own shower and toilet. This room is on the lower floor.

I am looking for a student currently enrolled at TU Delft, or one who will be enrolled upcoming September. Registration at the municipality is possible. I am giving preference to those who can come for an in person viewing.
