A temporary room will be available from now, 18th of July until August 31st.

The apartment is right in the centre of Delft and comes fully furnished! The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, a clean shared bathroom, and a cozy common area with a projector and an enormous couch. We have great Wi-Fi and all the usual amenities youd expect. Our garden in the back is also better now than whats pictured since we gave it a clean up the other day! Youll be living with friendly and respectful flatmates who enjoy a clean and relaxed home environment one has just begun their PHD (26 years old) at TU and the other is working for Microsoft (24 years old). We have quite a wholesome flat were both are always happy to help with anything and we often spend nights together cooking, trips to the beach, runs or watching something on the projector all together.

Being in the centre of Delft you never further than 10 minutes from the train station, Jumbo, cafes, and Delftse Hout, making it a perfect location to get around whether you're working or studying. Rent is 692 per month all included, with utilities shared among housemates equally. Were ideally looking for someone who is sociable, easy-going and tidy. We are still looking for a long-term flatmate from end of August onwards, who needs to be agreed upon with my other flatmate (who prefers to meet potential flatmates in person). Sorry I cant give you a guarantee now, but if you do end up renting in the meantime you have a reasonable chance yourself.
