Kamer in Oranje Plantage

From June 30th to September 10th, 2025, a room will be available in our cozy student house on the Schie, located right in the center of Delft. The room is approximately 18 m², with 12 m² of indoor space and a 6 m² outdoor terrace. Its on the top floor (3rd) and is partially furnished, theres a wardrobe, but youll need to bring your own bed. There's also a possibility to extend the stay until December 2025.

Youll be living in a lively but summer-quiet student house with 15 housemates. The house is a charming old building with a large garden, a cozy living room, TV area, kitchen, and even a jacuzzi. We share everything, the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. There's also fast internet and a washing machine available. Our house cat, Pablo, lives in the garden and occasionally pops in to say hi.

The location is excellent: just an 8-minute walk from Delft Central Station, and within 5 minutes youll find both Jumbo and Albert Heijn supermarkets. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby.

Rent is 600 per month, plus 80 for utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet). A 200 deposit is required.

Were looking for someone (male or female, student or working) who wants to move in temporarily. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but its fine in the garden. During the summer, the house is generally quiet ideal if youre staying in Delft for a few months for work, an internship, study, or any other reason.
