Kamer in Oranje Plantage

A room will become available in our friendly student house on the Schie canal, right in the heart of Delft, from 17 September for six months, with the possibility of extending the stay for another six months. The room is approximately 20 m² and is partially furnished, including a bed and two wardrobes.

You'll be joining a livelybut during the summer, relatively quietstudent house with 15 male housemates. The house is a charming historic building with a large garden, a cozy living room, a TV room, a shared kitchen, and even a jacuzzi. We share the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. There is also a washing machine and high-speed internet available. Our house cat, Pablo, lives in the garden.

The location is excellent: it's just a 10-minute walk from Delft train station, and both Jumbo and Albert Heijn supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. There are also several bus stops nearby.

The rent is 900 per month, plus 80 per month for utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internet). The security deposit is 200.

We're looking for someone (male or female, student or working professional) who would like to stay with us temporarily. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but it is permitted in the garden.
