Dear house-hunting guest/chick,

We, at Oude Delft, are looking for a fun and sociable guest/chick to sublet a room in our large mixed-gender house for the month of May. Have you always wanted to experience what its like to live in the heart of Delft? Then send us a message! Our house is located in the city center, just 7 minutes away from TU Delft, with all the cafés and supermarkets right around the corner.

We are a big mixed house of 25 people, some of whom are members of a student association. We organize various activities such as a Christmas dinner, spring dinner, house holiday, and house weekend. Theres always someone around to hang out with, grab a drink, or of course, study. Plus, theres plenty of space to have a cozy meal together in one of our three kitchens.

The room is about 25 m², and the rent is 465,- including utilities (gas/water/electricity). The room is furnished, so you dont have to worry about moving in furniture, youll get the full Delft student experience!
