Kamer in Oudraadtweg

First, a bit of context:

I had found a tenant, but on the day he was supposed to move in, June 22, he informed me that he would not be coming to the Netherlands after all. This means that I urgently need to find a tenant who can take over the room as soon as possible.

Now, a description of the house itself:

This is a room in Delft at walking distance from the historical city center and only 7 minutes cycling to the TU Delft. Also, youll live a minutes walk from Delftse Hout (a pretty nature park with a lake).

Regarding furniture: I'll leave the closet, the bed, the desk, the shelves on the wall and the curtains.

Youll live together with 15 other students (male), but not everyone will be home during the full summer.
