There are three spacious flatshares available between 10m2 and 14m2, living room, kitchen, a modern bathroom & toilet. The flatshares are all furnished and equipped with an electric system and central heating, window covers, lights.

LOCATION

The flat is within biking distance from the the TU Delft (1km).

The public transportation is nearby. Trams, buses, and trains will get you around the city and to surrounding cities (Rotterdam and the Hague) fast and easy. The Delft train station is at 1km walking distance. Shops and supermarkets are approximately 300m away.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of 280,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth)

Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels.

CLEANING

Prepaid cleaning charges per person are 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.
