Kamer in Prins Mauritsstraat

Hi future housemate!

Soon, half of our house will be moving out, which means two rooms will become available in our cozy place on Prins Mauritsstraat! Youll be living in a friendly but relatively quiet 4-person house. Right now, its just Jop (23), a graduating Industrial Design student, and Robert (26), a Physics PhD student, and with you there will be one more new housemate.

Outside of our studies/work, were also quite active. Jop plays in a band and does Ultimate Frisbee, while Robert is out running or at the athletics track almost every day. We try to eat together as often as possible, so itd be great if you enjoy cooking too. Since were either in our Masters or working, were looking for someone who is also doing their Masters or has already started working.

There are no obligations, but it would be nice if you're up for cooking/eating together sometimes or just having a chat in the hallway. Were a pretty calm household with plenty of space for yourself. We have been a house of 4 men, but we are open to make it mixed again. Your mother tongue does not have to be Dutch, but we appreciate it, if you are willing to learn!

A bit more about the house: the room is 22m² and costs 430 per month, all included. Itll be available starting July 1st at the earliest. The house is just a 2-minute walk from the architecture faculty (we timed it!), and only 1.5 minutes from the Plus supermarket. The city center with the Jumbo, Albert Heijn, and Beestenmarkt is also just 5 minutes away. Weve got a kitchen with a dishwasher (!), a cozy living room, and even a real balcony.
