Hi everyone,

A room has become available in our house for a woman! We are Varnika and Renske, and one of us is studying Industrial Ecology, and the other has been working for a few years.

We have a relaxed house and do our own thing, but we do value checking in with each other and occasionally having dinner together if that's possible. It's a cozy house, and we expect everyone to contribute to the cleaning of the common areas. We value sustainability such as taking care of our energy use, and we have a composting bin. The house is located near the TU Delft, and you can quickly reach the city center or the Delftse Hout.

About the house:

Spacious living room and balcony. A kitchen with oven (no dishwasher so you have to do the dishes yourself ;). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There's a bicycle storage room on the ground floor, and one bike is available which can be bought from a previous tenant.

About the room:

The room will be furnished, in consultation with the new tenant, as there are multiple options to have different types of cupboards. There is a 120cm bed. The room is on the attic, so this room is only suitable if you are not afraid of climbing the stairs. There is a separate heater for your room.

The room is around 10-12m2, with a sloping roof and roof window, see the pictures. The room is available from now on.

Please note: we only respond to women because we want to remain a women house only, sorry, men. We will invite 8-10 women for an (online) introduction to help us make a decision. Probably 24th or 26th of March (tbc).
