Kamer in Warmoezierstraat

Hi! A room will become available in Huize Warmoes on the Warmoezierstraat starting July 5th, for about 4 months! During the same period, another room is also available, see our other ad for more info! Since Stan and Wessel are going traveling, we're looking for an enthusiastic girl who's in the final stage of her bachelor's or the beginning of her master's to take Stan's place for the next half year. You'll be living with two girls, Floor and Lale. We each have our own lives in Delft and are active in various (study) associations, but we also love making time for each other. We have a weekly house night, a yearly Christmas dinner and tour-de-chambre, and we even go on house holidays and weekend trips together!

Our cozy home has two floors. On the first floor, theres a snug living room where we often eat together, a spacious kitchen with a nice view, and the toilet and shower. On the second floor, you'll find the other two rooms and a large south-facing rooftop terrace that gets the evening sun (see the last photo). The room youll be subletting is on the first floor and is 16 square meters. The rent is about 500 per month (including utilities). The location in Delft is ideal: the train station and city center are within walking distance, and the TU Delft campus is just an 8-minute bike ride away.
