House is looking for a new roommate to sublet between mid of May 2025 to beginning of July 2025.

You will be living with 6 international students (Belgium, Greek, Spanish, English, Italian & Indian. 3 Guys, 3 Girls). The house is located close to the Aerospace Faculty of the TU Delft (practically walking distance to campus).

The house is three stories tall and everybody has their own room. The room available is on the bottom floor and is about 13 - 15m2. It is already furnished, so you do not need to worry about general items. There is a double bed, wardrobe, a bookshelf and two drawers to place items in. There is a large window that lets light into the room and either opaque curtains or black out curtains so you have just the right amount of light coming in. In the house there is two bathrooms, 2 showers and a large kitchen and a small common room where the house often will play games, watch movies, drink, socialise and have house dinners together.

The monthly rental cost is 581.07. This includes utilities and cleaning of the general areas of the house every two weeks.

As a house we are quite social and enjoy finding exciting activities to together. If you appreciate good food, random nights, humorous discussions, a wide range of music (we all do love a good techno party), this is the place for you. If you have a signature dish you can cook, you will receive even more bonus points. We are preferably looking for exchange students or MSc students (lowest age in the house is 24).

It may also be possible to extend your stay after the sublet period (in another room), since some housemates will be finishing their masters degree.
