Kamer in Westplantsoen

It is a two-person apartment from DUWO on the first floor with one room (room A in the floor plan) available now that my roommate is moving. It is in a building with 6 floors with about 60 rooms. I am looking for a nice, social (and somewhat neat) roommate.

My name is Evelien, I am 22 years old and this year I started my Masters in Urban Planning at TU Delft. I am a part of RISK, a theater association in Rotterdam, and Obvius, a tennis association in Delft. I also enjoy playing guitar, reading and going to the movies (bonus points if you have a Cinevillecard)! I think it would be great fun to cook together every now and then, have a movie night or do something else fun, but I also think it's important that we can do our own things. So it is very relaxed and no obligations here!

I'm looking for someone who enjoys living together, but I don't necessarily need a party animal in the house. I think a nice, quiet atmosphere is important, so that it remains pleasant for both of us.

What can you expect?

A room of 23.2 m², with two large windows (rent is 516.37 incl.)!

Shared spaces:

Toilet, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, tosti-maker, coffee machine and a small balcony.

Location:

The apartment is on the Westplantsoen, a 5-minute bike ride from Delft Central Station. The Hoven shopping center is also 5 minutes away, with a spar and fries place on the same road!
