As of September 1st, 2025, we will have a beautiful studio available. It will be available until November 1st, so for 2 months.

This studio has 28 m² of usable floor space, divided into a bathroom, bedroom, and living room with kitchen. In addition, you may use the shared inside facilities, which are approximately 100 m² in size. These include 2 lounge areas, a laundry/drying room, a shared garden of about 50 m², and a secured bicycle storage area.

The studio is located on the 1st floor, directly opposite Delft Central Station less than a 50-meter walk. The city center can be reached on foot within 5 minutes.

The rental price of the studio is 875, all costs included. The deposit is equal to one months rent, also 875.
