An entrance hall/reception and mailboxes

A shared backyard of approximately 50 m²

A shared laundry room

A bicycle storage area of approximately 40 m²

The rent for the studio is 1,075.00 per month, with all costs included. The only costs not included in the rent are municipal user taxes. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to 1,612.50.
