Studio in Korvezeestraat

Hi!! I'm going on vacation all summer and then on exchange for my minor and my house will be empty for that time. I want to sublet it during that period!

If you are by chance an exchange student from Rome, I would love to exchange our rooms. You will get priority if you have a room in Rome that I can sublet for this same period.

My studio is on campus, bus 40 leaves straight to my house towards the station & the supermarkets are less than 10 minutes cycling distance away.

You have to be a student/PhD to sublet this studio.

The rent is excl. housing allowance, I'm just not sure how that will be arranged when the subtenant lives there, but incl. housing allowance it is around 350eur.
