Im offering my private DUWO studio on the Delft campus for sublet from 1 September until 31 December 2025 (start date negotiable, with the possibility of a one-month extension). The studio is about 22m², with its own bathroom and kitchen. Theres also a shared space in the building with washing machines and dryers. Its the perfect home if you want your own place while still being close to everything.

Rent & costs

The rent is 615 per month, including utilities (G/W/L). Theres also a one-time security deposit equal to one months rent.

Who am I looking for?

A tidy, quiet, non-smoking student without pets.

Its important that youre a full-time student, doing a minor, or doing an internship to be eligible for the sublet.
