Studio in Stieltjesweg

For my minor, Ill be spending half a year in Indonesia starting August 17, 2026. Thats why Im looking for a responsible and reliable TU Delft student who would like to temporarily sublet my studio during that time.

The studio is available starting August 1, 2026, but the exact start date is flexible and subject to mutual agreement.

The sublease is officially handled through DUWO. Therefore, its important that you are enrolled as a student at TU Delft and can provide proof of enrollment.

If both parties are satisfied, its possible to extend the sublease period by mutual agreement.

The studio is rented out fully furnished and comes with all the amenities:

* Bed

* Desk with desk chair

* Dining table with chairs

* Closets

* Nightstand

* Curtains

* Microwave

* Brand-new refrigerator

* Dishwasher

* Washing machine

* Clothes dryer

The studio is located in SW2 (the high-rise building on Stieltjesweg on campus) on the 13th floor.

The studio is currently being prepared for rental, so photos will follow shortly.
