Kamer in Hertogstraat

Hi, I am looking for a (one) roommate to live in the flat I am currently renting. You will rent a room and be a co-tenant with me in the contract. My current roommate is leaving on the 11th October. There are two bed rooms in the apartment, a toilet, a shower, a living room and kitchen (see the pictures). The flat is not as empty as in the pictures. There are a few furniture now. The room for rent is empty. The flat was renovated two years ago. It is in a quite location 2 minutes by walk from the station and 5 from the center and AH and Jumbo.

The flat is on the second floor.

I (27) am a working professional in the corporate world so I am not looking for parties in the house or constant guests coming over. I am looking for someone with a stable income (ideally with a permanent contract or who has a guarantor). Ideally you will stay at least 11/12 months. We will sign a notary agreement on splitting the costs of the rent and bills since we are co-tenants. Goes without saying that I am looking for someone clean and tidy. No smoking, no drugs, no pets.
