Appartement in Schapenlaan

Hi everyone,

My name is Chris (32), and I am renting out my apartment as I will be abroad for work for some time.

The apartment I am offering includes a private bedroom with a balcony, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom (approximately 52 m² in total).

There is also one additional room where I will store some personal belongings. The apartment will be rented under a hospita contract. Registration is possible.

I am looking for a calm and tidy person who can start renting from April 15, 2026. At the start, I ask for an initial payment covering 1.5 months rent plus the deposit (equivalent to 2 months rent).

You will initially receive a rental contract for 6.5 months. If both of us are happy, an extension is possible.
