The building is located in the Laakkwartier district and is reasonably close to the city center. Its location is ideal for residents who use public transport; The Hague Central Station (Holland Spoor) is a 15-minute walk away and only a 5-minute bike ride. The Hague University of Applied Sciences is also a 5-10 minute bike ride away, and a 15-minute walk. There are also several bus and tram connections nearby.

The rent for this room is 400 per month, including utilities and service charges.

The basic rent is 310 per month. Housing benefit is not possible.

A deposit is equal to twice the monthly rent (including the rent).
