Were looking for someone to join our amazing flat right next to Den Haag Centraal on July 1st.

About the vibe:

Its the kind of home that feels cozy the moment you walk in. Think books, natural light, plants that are (mostly, oopsi) thriving, and an energy thats peaceful without being boring. Its not a party flat, more of a homemade dinner and a game or movie, then everyone does their own thing kind of place.

Were Marie & Marcel:

Im Marie 25, French, working in hospitality in Amsterdam. My schedules all over the place (early mornings, late nights, weekends), so I really value a quiet, respectful space to come home to. Big fan of food, reformer Pilates, and fiction books. Forever a chai latte person.

Marcel 26, Undefined nationality ;), doing a PhD in decentralized AI at TU Delft. Loves flat whites, podcasts, the gym, and a good read. Usually, home in the evenings too.

We both enjoy cozy nights in, real conversations, time alone, and shared moments when they feel right, no pressure.

The flat:

Micro steps away from Den Haag Central (yes, really)

Rent: 980/month (excluding utilities)

Utilities: Around 110/month per person

Furniture: One-time cost of 450 (negotiable with our current flatmate)

Extras: Parking spot, balcony, both a bath and a shower, dryer and washing machine, great natural light, and our favorite coffee spot downstairs (where most mornings begin).
