Kamer in Jan ten Brinkstraat

The house belongs to an elderly lady who has no money to renovate her house. She has room for 1 possible 2 tenants. Rental income is to be used to modernize and renovate the house. The lady is in good health and very active and likes to travel to friends and family abroad. And likes to learn new things

Literally everything in the house needs to be repaired so don't be alarmed.

The downstairs neighbor and upstairs neighbor have agreed with the lady in question to renovate the house for her and provide major maintenance.

A lot still needs to be cleaned up

The room will be delivered with a bed, table, chair, new mattress, new refrigerator, new washing machine. The central heating will be repaired first as soon as the money comes in.

The kitchen is usable but beautiful old and need some love. The same for the bathroom and toilet.

There is internet, TV and but we have to get it all working again. Electricity, gas and water are present and work normally. At the moment no hot water and central heating. but we will repair this first thing on are list. Then the small toilet will be renovated and then it is the bathroom's turn. During the renovation, the toilet and bathroom can be found at the downstairs neighbor.
