Kamer in Johan Gramstraat

Two rooms available for one subtenant in the Laakkwartier from March 1st. One room is 6 m² and the other is 12 m² how you choose to use or divide the space is up to you. We share a kitchen, bathroom, and garden. The shared areas are cleaned together. The room is for rent for a year, start date to be discussed.

I am looking for a subtenant who is either studying or working, preferably between 25 and 35 years old. No preference regarding gender.

Besides myself, there are also two cats living here, Fred and Fran. They are allowed to go outside. It would be nice if you like cats and are open to taking care of them for a short period of time if needed.

I am 30 years old and work full-time in retail, including every other weekend. I enjoy films, TV series, architecture, and interior design. Mutual respect and kindness are the foundation on which we can build a good relationship as housemates.
