Hello there,

Period:

Since my good friend is temporarily moving out, Im looking for a roommate for a limited period. The room is available from November 10, 2025, until August 31, 2026.

Layout:

The house has a dining room and living room, which can be connected with ensuite doors or separated from each other. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, pots, etc., and the toilet and bathroom are separate. Your bedroom is small but already has a wardrobe, a bed (with storage system), and a mattress. Additionally, there is bedding provided. The bathroom also has a washing machine that can dry clothes.

Location:

The house is within walking distance of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Den Haag Hollands Spoor station, and several supermarkets like Aldi, Action, Jumbo, and Albert Heijn.

Housemates:

You will be living only with me. I think Im introverted (being on myself), often busy with work, the gym, or traveling (to places like the U.S., China, Japan, or South Korea).

Looking for:

Someone who is clean and respectful, leaves everything tidy and cleans up after themselves. Its helpful if you speak at least English or Dutch. Smoking is not allowed inside (but can be done on the balcony adjacent to your bedroom). No pets, please!
