We're looking for a new roommate for our cozy student house on the Lage Nieuwstraat in The Hague! Currently, we live with two guys and four girls, and we're looking for a seventh roommate. We enjoy doing things together, like going out for drinks in the city, watching movies, or playing games. We also have our own lives and appreciate our own space. THE ROOM

The room is 20m² and has a sink. We also share a washing machine and dishwasher, three showers, three toilets, a kitchen with a large dining table, a storage space, and a large balcony. There's a tram stop just a stone's throw away, where trams 2, 3, 4, and 6 stop. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes by bike and the Grote Markt in 5 minutes on foot.

Please note! Because you have your own house number, you are eligible for housing benefit. The housing benefit has not yet been deducted from the rent in this advertisement. To be eligible for the room, you must be registered as a full-time student. Depending on the preferences of the new and old tenants, the room might be available two weeks before the indicated date.
