Dear student,

As of April 1, 2026, 1 furnished room will be available for 550 per month, including gas, water, and electricity, excluding internet.

In total, you will be living with 7 friendly students/young adults. Together, you will share the kitchen and bathroom. Public transport is within walking distance, and the supermarket is also nearby. Haga Hospital and Zuiderpark are also close by.

Please send me a nice message telling me a bit about yourself. Then I will invite you to the viewing this coming Friday at 12:00 PM. I would love to hear from you.

The room is not furnished yet, but if you move in, the furniture will arrive before then. I would like to ask whether you would be willing to assemble it yourself.
