**About the Living Space**

The Obrecht is looking for a new housemate! Do you want to experience a unique and unforgettable student life with 25 others? If so, respond with your motivation!

(Hosting is on Thursday 24th of April )

STUDYING IN THE HAAGLANDEN REGION IS REQUIRED.

**What we offer you:**

- An active and super friendly living community

- A room of about 24m² for 560 per month (plus you receive 180 in housing benefit!)

- Our house is a 5-minute bike ride to the beach and a 15-minute bike ride to the city center. We are also well-connected by tram: Tram 11 is just a stone's throw away, while trams 17 and 3 are a 5-minute walk. The bus stops just 1 minute from the house.

- The room has a private sink, storage space, and a small hallway, and you share a shower and toilet with 3 residents.

- Most rooms have their own balcony or outdoor space, but if that room isn't available now, you can move later!

- The house includes 2 kitchens, a dining room, a living room, and a bike storage area. It also features a large rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of The Hague's skyline.

- There is a spacious basement where, in addition to playing beer pong or celebrating birthdays, we host a legendary big house party twice a year.

**What we expect:**

- That you are physically present for our hosting on February 20th.

- That you are an engaged and active housemate. The Obrecht is not just a place to rent a room; its truly a household!

- That you are sociable and willing to participate in our traditions, which all revolve around "the heart for the house."

- That you are a student in the Haaglanden region.
