Kamer in Pletterijkade

Hello everyone! :) My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over my room from mid-July to mid-January MAX (no extension possible!) We are currently 2nd year Leiden University students (19 and 22), and we are looking for tidy girl around that age range

About the apartment (shared with one person):

* Conveniently located: 8 minutes walking to Leiden University's Wijnhaven campus and to HS, 10-15 minutes walking to city center, 5 minutes away from Bierkade

* Well-connected: two tram stops located less than 5 minutes away

* Spacious and light bedroom with a nice view (18m2), equipped, in a 2-bedroom apartment

* Equipped and shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, toilet and small terrace

* Bike parking areas nearby

The rent is around 805 euros/month, and the utilities are around 80 euros per month.

All the money would need to be transferred to my bank account for rent (I have both a French and Dutch bank account) every month BEFORE the 1st of the month.
