Hello! We are Beatriz (24) and Max (25), and were looking for a housemate to live with us!

The room for rent is 8m2, and the rent is 530 with everything included. The house is located 10 minutes walking from the train station, and 15 min walking from supermarkets. You would share the living room, kitchen and bathroom with us.

We are a close household, we often hang out in the living room, eat together, play videogames, and watch (scary) movies. Of course, we respect each others privacy and we like our alone time, but were looking for someone who is also outgoing and down to do activities together. Were looking for someone preferably between 22-29 years old, working (student), who plans to stay for at least 1 year, and speaks English.
