Hi everyone!

My name is Costanza, Im 25 and working full-time. Ive just secured this beautiful apartment in Amsterdam and Im really excited about it! Im looking for a flatmate for the 1520m² bedroom, ideally someone easy to live with who values a balanced and respectful shared-living dynamic.

The arrangement would be approximately 4 days per week living together and 3 days per week having the apartment entirely to yourself, as I regularly work in another city. Registration is possible.

The apartment

Recently renovated and well maintained

Unfurnished (as shown in the pictures) except for the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher :D, fridge, stove, oven + microwave.

Ill bring essentials for the common areas (sofa, wardrobe, table, chairs). You would furnish your own bedroom.

Youll have the bedroom, while Ill sleep in the living room. I'm trying to find a wall bed which can be folded when I leave, but it's proving tricky.

Registration as co-occupant is available.

Minimum stay: 1 year.

Deposit: 2000

City tax excluded.

Rent includes utilities, internet, service costs, and gym membership, private bike parking. If utility costs are lower than estimated, we receive the difference back.

Modern building with shared facilities: study room, cinema room, piano, gym (included), common areas, and 24-hour security.

Mostly residents under 30 great if you enjoy a social and community-oriented environment.

25 years old, working full-time.

Im usually away about 3 nights per week due to work (occasionally weekends).

My work schedule (office/abroad/WFH) is planned months in advance, so we can align expectations clearly. I have some holidays already scheduled.

Sociable and friendly, but not into party-house vibes.

I am fine with inviting people over, we just need to have good communication
