The house has two bedrooms and a shared living room. Separate bathroom and toilet with a washing machine. The kitchen has a coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher. Sofas, TV, and a nice dining table with an amazing view of the river. I have brought in a Piano (not in perfect tune tho), and we have a big balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is great for those in a habit of cooking. Great place for having friends over and social activities!

The house is fairly insulated. I did not use any heating last year, which meant the energy costs were extremely low. However, there are radiators as well.

The bedroom is about 12 square meters and newly painted. Dont have furniture? No worries! The previous tenant is selling their furniture as well!

Great location: 5 mins (biking distance) to science park , 15 to Roeterseiland, 2 min to jumbo, 5 min to Diemen train station and 5 min to Diemerplein where you can find anything you need! With a nice view of the Rijnkanaal. Public transport is not great, but if you are a biker like I am, you should have no issues whatsoever!

About me: Hello! My name is Radin. I am 20, and I study at UvA. I am from Iran, but have been here in Amsterdam for a couple of years now. I am fairly social and mostly focused on my studies. I cook quite often and enjoy watching late-night movies sometimes.

About the ideal tenant: the ideal tenant for me is a student, maybe someone with similar interests to me. Not only a roommate, but a friend!
