Public space is cleaned once a week.

Minimum rental period is 6 months, the room is vacant from march 2nd, it is possible to register at the city hall.

The house is located 5 walkingminutes from train/metrostation Duivendrecht and metrostation Van der Madeweg.

Duivendrecht is a small city very close to Amsterdam. Duivendrecht is not the Bijlmer or Zuidoost.

!! The room is for a single non-smoking person !!

We are looking for an international student for this accomodation, this room will be rented out on the basis of a so-called Campus contract.

For this contract we need a copy of proof of registration for the current academic year at an academic institution in Amsterdam.

Every start of the academic year we need this proof of registration, if the proof is not accepted then you need to exit the room in 6 months

We only respond to possible tenants who write something about themselves (work,hobby,interests) this makes it for us easier to invite the right tenant.

We reject every possible tenant if:

- You are a NOT a full-time female student at one of the Amsterdam Universities

- The rental period is shorter than 6 months.

- There is no proof of income.

- If you don't have a study in the Amsterdam area.

- You are a smoker or using drugs.

- Double occupancy is also not possible.

- We need to see the new tenant face to face, no skype.
