Please consider the location before replying: these rooms are nót in Amsterdam. It takes aproximately 40-45 minutes hour of travel by walking & bus to get from the house to Central Station in Amsterdam. From there you might have to travel further to your university/workplace. So it is safe to calculate around 1 hour.

2 furnished rooms (furniture visible in the video) available in rural Edam.

Description house:

We have 2 rooms for rent in our 90m2 house at Noorderstraat in Edam. The largest room is 7 m2, the smallest 5 m2. You will rent them both (for example as bedroom & studyroom). Both have spacious fitted wardrobes, which are not included in the m2. You will share the bathroom, kitchen, pantry and garden with us.

The kitchen is spacious. And the 'infinity garden' gives a very spacious feeling. Practically you rent half of the house!

Price:

The rent for 2 rooms and use of the communal areas is 800 per month including furniture, gas, water, electricity & internet.

Housemates:

We are looking for a neat, (working) roommate of 18+ years old who can bear the monthly expenses well. No (big) parties in the house. Inviting people over is possible of course.

You come to live with me (Anouk) and another roommate. I am not home 100% of the time so you will have the house to yourself from time to time. Mutual trust is a must.

About your roommate:

Anouk (30) works during the day as a teacher for medical students in Alkmaar (sometimes also from home) and in the evenings she runs her own dance school. I like to go on adventures, dance and hike and improve on my spanish.
