The entire house was thoroughly renovated in 2021, so both the private room and shared areas are modern, clean, and in excellent condition.

The room is located on the first floor and comes fully furnished in light, neutral tones. Its about 22 m² in size and offers plenty of space and comfort. It includes a loft bed with a desk underneath, a large wardrobe, a small sofa, a dresser, storage units, a coffee table, and a TV suitable for streaming. Everything is visible in the photos youll just need to bring your personal belongings.

The room also has blackout curtains and exterior roller shutters, perfect if you prefer darkness and quiet. The installed air conditioning ensures the room stays cool in the summer.

On the same floor, youll find a shared toilet and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 6 people and a bench. Housemates occasionally share a meal here. The kitchen has all the essentials. Youre welcome to bring your own plates and cutlery, but its not necessary.

The shared bathroom is located on the second floor and includes a shower and a toilet. Use of the washing machine and dryer is included in the rent.

Location

The house is in Ede Veldhuizen. Both Parkweide and Bellestein shopping centers are within walking distance. Ede city center and the beautiful Veluwe nature reserve are just a short bike ride away. The train station is about 15 minutes by bike. A parking space in front of the house may be available upon request.

Youll be sharing the house with two friendly women, both around 30 years old.

Contract Information

The room is offered under a campus contract, which means the rental is valid only for the duration of your studies.

Important: this type of contract is legally permitted only for students. Enrollment at an educational institution is required and will be verified. This is a strict requirement.
