Hi house hunter,

I'm Casper, a single resident of a terraced house in a neat, quiet neighborhood. I've got some extra space at home and would love to rent it out to someone who brings a bit of life into the house.

I'm offering two rooms: one of 6m² and one of 12m². As a tenant, these rooms and the shared bathroom will be your main living spaces. They're not visible in the photos yet, but Ill be equipping the larger room with a private fridge and hotplate. For more elaborate cooking, you're welcome to use my kitchen by arrangement.

How you use and furnish the rooms is completely up to you: want to use the smaller one as an office, hobby room, storage space, or a cozy bedroom? Go for it!

Later this year, Ill be renovating the attic, which will include a private bathroom and kitchenette. Once that's finished, there will be an option to move up there.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys the occasional shared meal or a board game in the evening. Not a requirement of course but good vibes are always welcome. The rooms are mainly meant for someone struggling to get a full place at the moment and would like a small place in the mean time to safe up a bit.
