Kamer in Kruisstraat

Our beautiful house is fully furnished and equipped, full of plants, and has a nice backyard to share and enjoy with our human housemate David (who is barely home but is a charm when he is there) and our two incredible feline housemates, Vetusto and Clara! This means that while you're renting a bedroom (the biggest one in the house), you virtually get to enjoy a full house mostly to yourself!

The house has a big shared living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, an office with a stand-up desk and ultra-wide screen, a big bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and an attic with a laundry machine (which also acts as a guest room) plus a nice backyard to enjoy the afternoon sunlight and autumn barbecues! All of these are available for you to enjoy. And the atmosphere is always cozy in our home, because both Vetusto and Clara will for sure come and cuddle with you on the sofa!

We'll be traveling from early October to early December, and we're looking for a nice tenant (or couple) to rent our room while we're gone. Moving in earlier is possible (staying in the attic guest room until our bedroom becomes available in early October), and extending beyond early December might be possible as well (staying in the attic guest room).

The house is less than 10 minutes' walking distance from the TU/e campus and Eindhoven station, and less than 15 minutes from the city center. A great yet quiet location, in a peaceful neighborhood.
