Kamer in Margrietstraat

A studio will become available in our student house as of March 2025. The studio is situated on the ground floor of the home and is connected to the backyard. Inside of the studio are a kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. The whole space is 25m2. The photos also show an example of how you could arrange the floorplan. Disclaimer: the photos are a couple of years old, so some things might have changed a little. Rent is 875 per month, including utilities like gas, light, water and internet. It might be possible to rent the room with 2 persons, but that would likely increase the rent.

There are 3 other students living in the house. They share a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. Whilst we enjoy some small talk, we do not spend a lot of time together, as everyone has busy lives. If you like having your own space and enjoy being able to do your own thing, this house might be a match! An advantage of our house is the garden, in which we can enjoy some sun in the summer. We also have a small garage/shed where we can store our bikes.

By bike, Eindhoven station is approximately 15 minutes away, and both Fontys and TU/e are approximately 20 minutes away.
