I am looking for a new housemate!

The room has a double bed and a large closet, providing a cozy and comfortable space.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, mini refrigerator, big refrigerator with a freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Shared spaces include a huge living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a storage space.

The building is modern, with a big elevator for easy access. It's a good location, with Lidl and Albert Heijn stores just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride away. The city center is not far, a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-minute bus ride. For students, the universities are only 15 minutes away by bike or 30 minutes by bus.

I am looking for someone mature, calm, and friendly to share this fully furnished apartment. It's important that you value cleanliness and are willing to help keep the apartment tidy. Please note that pets are not allowed.

I am looking for someone with a permanent work contract or a student with a guarantor.

The rent is 875 per month, excluding utilities and house stuff.
