Kamer in St Servaasweg

I am looking for someone to take over my room near Eindhoven center. A room with 3 roommates. You barely see each other. You have your own walk-in shower and a sink. A kitchenette with a built in fridge, a sink and kitchen cabinets. So you have 2 sinks in your room and an AC unit which also can heat. There is a shared kitchen. And the toilet you share with 1 roommate from your floor. The house is renovated in November, so everything is new. The house is located just outside the center of Eindhoven. Next to the house you can park for free until June 23 and there is a bus stop around the corner. You can register at the municipality. It is 1090,- per month including water, electricity and internet. The landlord will ask 2x deposit at the start of rent. I also paid 2x deposit at the start of the rent. Let me know if this is something for you. Im just a tenant. The landlord makes these prices. If still interested I can send some pictures of the room to have an idea how it looks like.
