Kamer in Strijpsestraat

Because our housemate is leaving, a room will soon be available at Strijpsestraat! Your roommates will be 3 students of which 2 are boys and 1 girl.

The room consists of two parts(2 separate rooms next to each other, both 8m²) and is located on the second floor and has a private sink. The total space is 16 m2 and the costs are 525,- including utilities, internet will be about 7,92.

The room is NOT furnished. The previous tenant will leave a fridge and maybe a couch behind.

The house also has one bathroom and kitchen that we share with the 4 of us. We also have a terrace and a lean-to on the side of the house where your bicycle can be stored dry. Eindhoven Central and the TU/e are a 10-minute bike ride away and the supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away.

We are not cleaning freaks, but we find it nice if the house is a little tidy.
