Kamer in Torenallee
Hello! A room will become available in our student apartment in Strijp-S as of the beginning of May. We are looking for a calm, clean, and fun roommate who will fit well into our group. (We call ourselves de Blije Zeehonden or the Happy Seals) We live in an apartment with 5 student rooms, and we share a living room/kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and balcony. We eat dinner together once in a while, and we try to do fun activities together, such as going to see movies, having a drink at a nearby brewery, and playing board games.
About the room (6.4.1.1):
- The floor area of the room is about 15.5 square meters. This includes a wash basin and adjustable floor heating.
- Rentable for an indefinite period, but we are mainly looking for somebody willing to stay for a longer period of time.
- We expect that the rent and service costs will be about 400 euros a month. On top of that, there are costs for water, heat, electricity, and internet, which we share among the 5 of us. We estimate the total monthly expenses for rent and other costs to be about 475 euros.
- The room is being rented by Vestide, which means you have to be currently studying in Eindhoven to be able to move in.
- You will only be the second inhabitant of the room since its construction at the end of 2016.
- The current floor, lamp, and shelves can be kept when discussed with the previous tenant.
About the other inhabitants:
- 2 men and 2 women.
- 21-26 years old. (Of which three are currently in their studies, and one who has graduated).
- We each have our own hobbies, including: Gaming, board games, squash, going to the gym, dancing, bouldering, reading, watching movies, cars, making music and more.
