Kamer in Tramstraat

Soon (July 1st, 2025) a room will become available on the third floor.

The three of us live on the third floor, one of whom is leaving us. That is why we are looking for a new student. We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We also have a very large garden where we can have a nice barbecue in the summer. We are always open to a nice chat, but everyone also has the space to do their own thing. In addition, the house is located in the center of Eindhoven and everything is also within walking distance!

Each floor has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine and dryer.

The room is intended for occupancy by one person.

The monthly rent is all-in (including electricity, heating, property tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription) with use of washing machine.
