Hey! We are a friendly house of 4 guys, looking for a 5th housemate. Three of us are studying at Saxion or UT, and one of us has already graduated. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home with few obligations, but we also like to do fun activities together or just chill on the couch.

Our house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a nice south-facing backyard, a shed for bikes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. The available room is on the first floor and is about 7 m2. The rent is 330 per month, which includes a base rent of 210 and 120 for service costs. The rent covers utilities like gas, water, electricity, TV, and internet. The supermarket and bus stop are both within walking distance, so it's super convenient!
