A nice furnished room will become available from 15 May 2025 in one of the most pleasant student houses in Enschede. The current tenant is flexible, so an earlier or later move-in date can be discussed.

Registration at the municipality is possible (required for student housing allowance).

The room is approximately 9 m² and costs EUR 360,= per month (all-inclusive).

All housemates (male and female) are students at Saxion or the University of Twente. We are currently looking for one tidy Saxion or UT student.

The house is conveniently located: a bus stop is only 100 meters away, and within walking distance you will find a large shopping centre with various shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. There is also a train station nearby, allowing you to reach the city centre within 5 minutes.

The house has three showers and three toilets, which are shared with the other residents.

The rent includes all service costs. The entire house (except your private room) is cleaned weekly by a cleaner. You can make unlimited use of the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

Free parking is available. The house also has high-speed internet (1000 Mb/s download and upload), with both Wi-Fi and a wired (UTP) connection in your room.

The room has laminate flooring. Furniture can be taken over from the current tenant.
